Because we supply reference materials whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling, our returns policy is necessarily narrow.
Unopened materials
Unopened items with intact seals may be returned within the stated period where the storage chain can be established. [SPECIFY RETURN WINDOW BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
Opened materials
Once a vial has been opened we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and it cannot be returned to stock or resold. Opened items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If material arrives damaged, or does not match the lot documentation supplied, contact us with your order number and the lot number on the vial. We will replace or refund the affected items.
Specification discrepancies
If independent testing indicates a material discrepancy from the published certificate of analysis for the lot supplied, contact us with your findings and we will investigate.
